We include a 30-day parts and labor warranty on all equipment we sell unless we disclose otherwise in writing before the transaction closes. In some cases, we can extend coverage to 60 or 90 days (when applicable). If you’d like extended coverage, let us know and we’ll walk you through the best options and pricing.
Yes, given the device is already in stock we would be more than happy to do a live demo over FaceTime. We can also provide any detailed photos/ video that you request.
We will have a crating company come pick the device up and take it back to their warehouse to crate. This usually takes 3-5 business days from pick up to completion of the crate. We will have every crate built to specifically fit the device you are purchasing, we will also use heat treated international approved wood and braces and foam to protect the device. From there we will have our shipping team pick up and get the device moving to you asap. You will be given tracking once the device is picked up. The shipping team will call you when the device reaches the nearest hub to your office and they will set up a date to deliver that fits your schedule. We hold full insurance on everything we ship. From the time it is picked up for crating to the time it ships and arrives at your office, you can be confident you device will be fully protected.
We accept almost all forms of payment. Wire, ACH, Company Check, Credit Card. Whatever works best for you!
Anytime we sell a device we recommend receiving the device first and learning the ins and outs of the device. Power it on, settings etc. From there we can do a FaceTime Call with you to go over the basics. We do have trainers all over the United States (depending what device you purchase), and we can put you directly in touch with them to discuss training options and pricing.
Installation: Most devices we sell come ready to take out of the crate, plug and and use. If it is a device that requires instillation, again we have a network of service techs that will help assist with the instillation of the device.
