Crating and Shipping

All devices are crated in professional medical grade wood crates that are designed and built specifically for the device you are buying. We hold FULL insurance on all shipments, domestic or international. Crating can take from 5-10 business days depending how busy the crating companies are at the time. We will offer combined shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. Once the device is crated, we will provide your company with a tracking number.

Returns

We provide a 48-hour full refund guarantee, along with a 30-day parts and labor warranty for our domestic buyers. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. After inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of physical damage or are incomplete.

If an item is damaged during return shipping, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier once we notify them of the issue. The claim process will need to be handled between the buyer and the carrier directly.
