  • Photos of the front, back and sides of the device showing the overall cosmetic condition

  • A photo of the serial plate on the back of the device so we can confirm date of manufacture

  • Photo of the LVM screen so we can confirm the total pulse counts on the device. Please show the entire screen so we can match serial number with the serial number on the back of the device

  • Photos of the cosmetic condition of the hand piece/delivery systems. If your device has more than one hand piece, please photos of each hand piece so we know exactly what we are making offers on

  • Photo showing all of the spot size attachments (example: the 6/8/10mm, the 12/15/18mm, the 20/22/24mm etc)

  • Photo showing the device in ready mode with no error codes

  • Please let us know if there are any error codes popping up on the device when calibrating or any other known issues.

Here’s how it works:

  • Initial Request:

    We’ll start by requesting detailed photos and videos of the device. This includes images of all sides, the serial plate to confirm the date of manufacture, and any applicable handpieces and pulse/shot counts. If needed, we may ask for additional photos or videos.

  • Offer Notification:

    After reviewing the information, we’ll provide you with our best offer. If the equipment isn’t something we can currently accept into our inventory, we’ll discuss your options for selling.

  • Purchase Agreement:

    Once we agree on a price, we’ll send you a quick purchase agreement outlining all the details we discussed, including price and what the device includes.

  • Payment Submission:

    After you sign the purchase agreement, we’ll process payment to you and your office.

  • Pickup Scheduling:

    Once payment is complete, we’ll coordinate with the crating company to pick up the device at your convenience. The crating company will take the device to their warehouse to crate it without disturbing your office environment, and we cover the full cost of this process.

FAQ

How do I access the LVM/ Shot Count Screen?

When on the treatment screen, there will be a little folder with a wrench icon in the top right hand corner. Hit this icon and the LVM screen will come up showing all shot counts.

What hand pieces should I be looking for on this device?

There are 3 different hand pieces. There is the standard 6mm-18mm hand piece, then there is a specialty vascular hand piece and also a specialty large 20mm-24mm hand piece. Please make sure each hand piece has the handpiece and fiber attached to it. If there is no fiber, please let us know.

What is the best way to see if the fiber is busted or broken?

Pull the fiber off of the hand piece. Point on end of it up to a light and look down into the other end of it. If it is dark, that means the fiber was bent and busted. If you see light coming through, the fiber should be good.

How do I know for certain my device does not have any error codes?

You will need to power your device on with the hand piece and fiber plugged in. Once warmed up, hit the “standby” button in the top right hand corner to take it into Ready mode. You will need to calibrate on the 755nm wave length as well as the 1064nm wavelength. Make sure it calibrates and fires on both wavelengths.
